This intensive two-week program is taught by an outstanding group of professors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. The program's participants are an international group of experienced managers. The general age range of the group is 35 to 55 years old. Participants in Kellogg's Advanced Executive Program come from many different types of companies and industries: large and small, for profit and non-profit, domestic and global, commercial and governmental, capital intensive and people intensive. Participant ages range from the mid-thirties to late fifties. Some class members may not have completed college while others will hold multiple advanced degrees. What all of you will have in common, however, are three things: extensive and varied managerial experience, the desire to be highly effective general managers, and the need to bring a renewed sense of purpose and excitement to already successful careers.
